Long Lake Ranches

Initial construction started in January 2001 by G.L. Homes as the sister community of Long Lake Estates  was nearing completion. Long Lake Ranches initially had two phases which consisted on Parcel A  of 132 homes and Parcel B of an additional 108 homes for a total of 240 exquisite one and two story acre homes. In October 2003 G.L. homes announced the grand opening of Long Lake Ranches West

Long Lake Ranches is a beautiful gated community following the success of Long Lake Estates. The residences are set amid lush preserves and scenic lakes. Grand Estate homes with builder acre and larger sites create this spectacular neighborhood.

Neighborhood amenities include paved sidewalks, basketball and 4-lighted tennis courts, playground area and 24 hour gatehouse. Their is also a clubhouse with fitness center and party meeting rooms scheduled for 2003 completion. 

As mentioned earlier, the community consist of parcels A & B. Both offer both lakefront homes and 1 acre non-waterfront lots which can border nature preserves and equestrian trails.

Long Lake Ranches West consists of approximately 131 homes and is located just west of parcel B across Hiatus Road. That community will offer a spectacular clubhouse and recreational facility that will include tennis & basketball courts, a Jr. Sport Court, clubhouse with exercise room, social and conference areas and a party pavilion near the tot lot.
