Long Lake Ranches West

Initial construction started around January 2004 by G.L. Homes as the sister community of Long Lake Ranches was nearing completion. Long Lake Ranches West consists of approximately 131 homes and is located just west of parcel B across Hiatus Road. That community offers a spectacular clubhouse and recreational facility that will include tennis & basketball courts, a Jr. Sport Court, clubhouse with exercise room, social and conference areas and a party pavilion near the tot lot.

Long Lake Ranches initially had two phases which consisted on Parcel A  of 132 homes and Parcel B of an additional 108 homes for a total of 240 exquisite one and two story acre homes. In October 2003 G.L. homes announced the grand opening of Long Lake Ranches West

Long Lake Ranches West differs in that it offers similar lot sizes by square footage, however the lots are wider and allow for more spacing between the homes. The residences are set amid lush preserves and scenic lakes. Grand Estate homes with builder acre and larger sites create this spectacular neighborhood.

Neighborhood amenities include paved sidewalks, basketball and lighted tennis courts, playground area and 24 hour gatehouse. Their is also a grand clubhouse with fitness center and party or meeting rooms. This clubhouse was completed in early 2006.
