        Our private marketing program is a no risk and virtually no cost way to sell your home with the professional help and advertising that only Carmen & "Ski" can offer, without giving up the chance of selling it By Owner.

• You continue to sell your home By Owner

• There is no listing agreement or contract

• Carmen & "Ski" will show your home to their buyers and investors.

• With your permission, and at no cost to you Carmen and "Ski" will

  • Advertise your home in areas such as

    • Their cable TV. ads

    • Their real estate magazine ads

    • Several of their websites

    • Their newspaper ads

• If our buyer makes an offer that you accept Carmen & "Ski" will

  • Upon request, provide you with a Pre-approval on the buyer with their lender

  • Prepare the sales contract

  • Prepare your mandatory Federal, State and local disclosures.

  • Monitor your sale to closing

  • Accompany you and the buyer to closing.

• If you sell By Owner, just call us and we will take your home off of our website and other advertising.

2. For Sale By Owner Program:
        Our For Sale By Owner program gives you the best of both worlds. Your home is listed in the MLS, advertised and marketed by Carmen & "Ski", while you are selling By Owner. Some of the highlights are:  

• You continue to sell By owner, with no fee or obligation if you sell your home to your buyer.

• You are listed in the MLS, advertised on 15+ websites including Realtor.com.

• Your home is exposed to every real estate agent in South Florida and their buyers.

• If you get a buyer before we do, simply call Carmen & "Ski" and we will cancel the listing contract at not cost or further obligation to you. It's that simple.!

3. Our Joint Marketing Program - Fees as low as 2.5%
       By far our most popular program it increases your chances to sell By Owner because our advertising practically forces buyers to contact you directly. here are some of the highlights of the program

• Your home is listed in the MLS and exposed to every real estate agent in South Florida

• We produce a color property brochure on your home which includes your personal contact information.

• We will advertise your home in our Cable TV. ads, Real Estate magazines, and 15+ websites including Realtor.com.

• Our advertising can include your contact number on it, including the Internet and magazine ads.

• If you find a buyer for the home we will handle all the paperwork, contracts and help get you to closing for a fee as low as 2.5%. 

• As with any of our programs, you may cancel at any time.

4. Our Flat Fee for Services - Pay only for what you need!
