Step 1. The marketing of your home.

  • Assist you in correctly pricing your home by preparing a well researched market analysis of both past sales, and most importantly current market conditions.
  • Establish a pricing strategy that allows your home to sell very close to asking price and avoids appraisal problems.
  • Assist you in staging your home to enhance appeal.
  • Professionally photograph your property.
  • Measure the home and create a floor-plan for your property brochure.
  • Post your home on our personal website.
  • Post your property in the MLS immediately reaching thousands of South Florida Realtors.
  • Post up to eight photo's of your home in the MLS within 2 days, not up to 2 weeks like most office/agents offer.
  • Post multiple photo's on Realtor.com within 1 day of it posting. No waiting of 3-5 weeks.
  • Create an interactive Realtor.com and Internet ad with links to online floor-plans, additional photo's and detailed information on your home.
  • Perform 30 day marketing review and update you accordingly.
  • Notify top buyer specialists in the area and send them a property brochure.
  • Create full color property brochure which is printed and also available online.

Step 2. Selling and closing on your home.

  • Provide you with a net sheet of your expenses and how much money you will receive at closing. We guarantee the accuracy of your expenses to be within $100.00 or we pay you the difference..
  • Constantly monitor your transaction and update you as your sale progresses.
  • Assist and help coordinate inspections, surveys, appraisals, title work etc.
  • Accompany you to the closing, or coordinate an absentee closing which you do not have to physically attend. Ideal for the busy professional or out of town client.
